1. It's all about that BBQ Set Up
It doesn't need to be super expensive to have cute party decor and accessories. It's the little details that can go a long way! Head to the Dollar Store or Walmart and grab some patriotic paper items, some ballons and cute paper plates for people to eat with.
Set up your BBQ with a cute "toppings bar" and display each toppings in a cute dish or tray. Maybe use some red, white or blue paper to make a sign labeling each topping and each dessert. We love this idea for S'mores after fireworks!
Use this free printable from Alice and Louis to give out sparklers for the nights fireworks and festivities!
If you're letting the men handle the grilling, get them a cool or funny apron to spice things up a little bit! Our Men's Tactical Apron, Grillin' and Chillin', I Turn Grills On or Grill Sergeant are perfect for this occasion! We have many more to choose from as well at Flirty Aprons.
2. Red, White and Blue Treats
The American Flag Fruit Tray is about the easiest patriotic food display you can have, and it is a crowd favorite!
You'll need blue berries, strawberries and your favorite brand of white chocolate pretzels.
Of course you are going to need some treats at this BBQ and party..that is everyone's favorite part! You can't go wrong with some patriotic Sugar Cookies. Cut out some stars and frost them red, white and blue! We found some sugar cookie inspiration that we love!
Beat the heat with these awesome Berry Ice Cubes! And dress up your regular store bought ice cream sandwiches with some red, white and blue sprinkles!
